When your pool pump dies on a 105-degree afternoon, you don't have time to scroll through a dozen websites. You need a swimming pool repair service in Rocklin that picks up the phone, shows up on time, and actually fixes the problem. That's what we do. We're headquartered in Rocklin and we've been servicing residential and commercial pools across the the Roseville/Rocklin area for over 23 years.
From Rocklin to Citrus Heights, Roseville to Folsom, and everywhere in between, we know the pool problems that come with living in this part of California. The brutal summer heat runs equipment harder than almost anywhere in the country. The hard water eats through salt cells and leaves calcium rings on tile lines. And if your pool was built during the early 2000s housing boom (which covers a huge number of homes from Roseville to Lincoln to Folsom Ranch), you're probably overdue for some repairs.

Between testing chemicals, skimming leaves, and figuring out why your pump sounds weird, your pool turned into a chore.
We take all of that off your hands so your backyard goes back to being the best part of your house.
Water chemistry changes daily in this heat. One missed week and you're dealing with cloudy water, algae blooms, or a green pool that takes days and dollars to recover from.
Pool equipment doesn't give you much warning. That small rattle in your pump or the slow drip at the filter connection turns into a $1,500 repair if you catch it too late.
What changes when we show up:
Weekly service that keeps your pool swim-ready
Equipment checks every visit so small problems stay small
A pool you can walk out to and jump in without thinking twice
Most of our customers are on weekly pool cleaning plans because that's what it takes to keep a pool healthy in this climate. In the summer your pool deals with 100+ degree heat, heavy use, sunscreen and body oils, and 14 hours of direct UV burning through your chlorine. Oak leaves in the fall. Pine needles year-round near Folsom Lake or the Granite Bay trails. Cottonwood fluff in June clogging every skimmer basket from Orangevale to Loomis. Our pool cleaning service handles all of it.
Every visit includes skimming, vacuuming, wall brushing, basket emptying, water chemistry testing, and chemical adjustments on the spot. We also check your equipment and filter each time so small problems get caught early. We service both residential pools and commercial properties including HOA community pools and apartment complexes.
That weird humming noise your pool pump makes? It's not normal. And the longer you wait, the more expensive the fix gets. We get calls all the time from owners in Twelve Bridges and Broadstone who noticed a strange sound weeks ago but figured it would go away. Pumps burn out. Filters crack. Heaters stop heating. Salt cells corrode. It happens to every pool eventually, and our summers speed things up.
We work on all major brands including Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, and Zodiac, and we keep the most common parts on our trucks so we can usually fix things in one visit. If your equipment is past the 10-year mark, we'll give you an honest breakdown of whether it makes more sense to repair or replace. We service both backyard pools and commercial-grade equipment at fitness centers, hotels, and community pools.
Woke up to a green pool? You're not alone. It happens fast out here, sometimes in less then 48 hours when conditions are right. A pump that stopped running, a filter that's clogged, or just a week of 108-degree heat with no chemical adjustment is all it takes. We've pulled into driveways in Roseville, Citrus Heights, and Fair Oaks where the pool went from a little cloudy to completely green over a single weekend. It's one of the most common calls we get during the summer months.
Our green pool cleanup service gets your water clear again, usually within 3 to 5 days depending on how far gone it is. We shock the water, run the filter continuously, brush daily, and rebalance your chemistry from scratch. Once it's clear, we'll talk about what caused it and how to keep it from happening again, whether that's a weekly maintenance plan, an equipment fix, or both.
Saltwater pools are everywhere in Placer County and beyond, and the salt cells that run them don't last forever. Most cells need replacing every 3 to 5 years, and when they fail you'll notice your chlorine levels dropping and your water turning cloudy or green. We handle salt cell replacement, control board diagnostics, and full system repairs on all major brands. If your system is throwing error codes or your salt readings don't match what you're adding, we can track down the issue fast.
Thinking about converting your chlorine pool to saltwater? We do full salt system installations too. We'll help you pick the right system for your pool size, walk you through the pros and cons, and get everything wired and running. A lot of our customers in Whitney Oaks, Woodcreek, and Granite Bay have made the switch and love the lower maintenance and softer water.
Want to swim in March or keep the pool comfortable into October? A working heater makes that possible, but pool heaters in our area take a beating. Gas heaters corrode. Heat pumps lose efficiency. Ignition systems fail. We handle pool heater repair, new heater installation, and seasonal inspections on all types including gas, electric, heat pump, and solar. If your heater is slow to warm up, cycling on and off, or not firing at all, we can usually diagnose the problem in one visit.
We also do pre-season heater inspections every fall for customers who want to make sure everything is running right before the cooler months. Catching a cracked heat exchanger or a corroded burner tray early saves you from a cold surprise on the first cool weekend when you actually want to use the pool.
Buying a home with a pool? Selling one? Or just want to know what shape your pool is really in? Our pool inspections give you a complete picture of the pool's condition, from the surface and tile to the plumbing, equipment, electrical, and safety features. We check every component and give you a written report you can use for negotiations, planning repairs, or peace of mind.
We see a lot of inspection requests from homebuyers across Roseville, Rocklin, Folsom, and Granite Bay. Pools that have gone years without professional maintenance often have hidden problems like aging pumps, cracked plumbing, or outdated safety features that aren't obvious during a walkthrough. If something needs attention, we'll tell you what it is, what it'll cost, and how urgent it is. No sugarcoating. We also do inspections for current owners who want a professional set of eyes before summer hits.
We service commercial pools across the Roseville and Rocklin area, including HOA community pools, apartment and condo complexes, fitness centers, hotels, and public swim facilities. Commercial pools have different demands than backyard pools. Higher bather loads, stricter health code requirements, larger equipment systems, and zero tolerance for downtime during swim season.
Our commercial clients count on us for weekly maintenance, equipment repair and replacement, chemical management, and health department compliance. We understand the reporting and documentation that comes with commercial pool operation, and we work around your schedule so residents and guests aren't impacted. Whether you manage one community pool or a portfolio of properties, we'll build a service plan that fits your needs and your budget.
We currently maintain commercial pools for property management companies, homeowner associations, and multi-family housing across Rocklin, Roseville, Granite Bay, Folsom, Citrus Heights, and surrounding communities.

We're not a franchise and we're not a one-man operation running ads from another city. We've been headquartered in Rocklin for over 20 years and most of our new customers come from referals by neighbors who've used us. We answer our own phones. And we guarantee our work.
We're licensed, bonded, and insured with the California CSLB and hold a D-35 Pool and Spa Maintenance Contractor license, which means we're qualified to handle everything from basic cleaning to full equipment overhauls, plumbing work, and heater installations. A lot of the guys advertising pool service on social media don't have that, and it matters when something goes wrong.
For most pools in the Roseville and Rocklin area, weekly service is what it takes. The combination of 100+ degree summers, heavy tree debris, and high UV exposure breaks down chlorine fast and creates a lot of organic buildup. If your yard has mature trees or you're in a windier foothill neighborhood, weekly is especially worth it. We recommend weekly service for all of our customers.
In the summer, pools in our area can lose up to a quarter inch of water per day from evaporation alone. That's normal. If you're losing more than that, or your autofill is running constantly, or your water bill jumped for no obvious reason, there's a good chance you have a leak. Try the bucket test: fill a bucket to the same level as your pool water, set it on the top step, and compare levels after 24 hours. If the pool dropped more than the bucket, call us.
If your single-speed pump is 8 to 10 years old and needs a major repair like a new motor or seal plate, it usually makes more sense to upgrade to a variable-speed pump. Variable-speed pumps cut energy costs by 50 to 70 percent, and California's Title 20 energy regulations now require them for replacements anyway. If the repair is something small like a capacitor or o-ring, fixing what you have is usually the smarter move.
Saltwater pools still use chlorine, they just generate it from the salt cell instead of you adding it manually. Day to day, yes, they're easier. You don't have to handle chlorine tablets or liquid. But salt systems have their own maintenance needs. The cell needs cleaning every few months and replacing every 3 to 5 years. Salt levels, pH, and stabilizer still need regular testing. The upfront cost is higher, but most of our customers who've switched say the softer water and lower weekly effort are worth it.
Nine times out of ten, it's a filtration or circulation problem, not a chemical problem. If your pump isn't running long enough, or your filter is clogged, the chlorine you're adding can't do its job. High cyanuric acid (stabilizer) is another common culprit. When stabilizer builds up too high, it locks up your chlorine and makes it useless against algae. We test for this on every visit and can advise on the best fix, which sometimes means a partial drain and refill.
We service residential and commercial pools across the area from our Rocklin home base. Whether you're in a backyard in Croftwood or managing a community pool in Natomas, we can usually get to you within 24 to 48 hours. For equipment failures during heat waves, we do our best to offer same-day emergency service.
